I work as an audiologist in the shop of Issy les Moulineaux. I blossom within Amplifon thanks to a family atmosphere and the pair that I form with my assistant. It allows me to give the best of myself. It is important to transmit kindness and time to our clients because they do not come only to buy a hearing aid, they come above all to recover their hearing. It’s all about being human. We are there to listen, find solutions that will allow them to regain self-confidence, to participate in conversations and not to be isolated.
Being shop manager, I check and manage all aspects of the laboratory in coordination with my assistant. The goal is to find ideas to improve our daily work without ever living on our past glories.
In my daily life, I place the welcome first. The whole team must be welcoming, listening and responsive. Getting personally involved is vital. A simple appointment becomes an encounter. We talk a lot with our clients, about our personal lives. This helps to find a link. Trust is established.
